Huang Xingguo successively served as a resident physician in the Department of Plastic Surgery and Microsurgery at the Armed Police Hunan Corps Hospital and in the Department of Microsurgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Yiyang Medical College, and also taught plastic surgery at Yiyang Medical College. He received the Annual Medical Safety Award and the Medical Quality Service Award. He is currently engaged in aesthetic and plastic surgery, specializing in ophthalmic plastic surgery, and practices with excellent aesthetic judgment and proficient surgical skills. He successively studied microsurgery and plastic surgery under Professor Wang Zengtao at Shandong Provincial Hospital and Professor Tang Juyu at Xiangya Hospital. He is a member of the Xiangya Surgical Summit Forum.
